At first I was a little hesitant about using a discount broker, thinking that the service would be terrible and no one would show my house. After doing a lot of research I hired Mike Salkin with Berkshire Real Estate and couldn't be happier. They were very attentive and on the ball. I had more showings that I expected. My house sold faster than my neighbor's and I paid thousands less in commissions.
