DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE My son used to go here until about a month ago he told his therapist about a relative passing and was basically told to suck it up grief happens and I should've pulled him right then and there but I let him go to his next session since he wanted to and he had told his therapist about a passing of an animal and the therapist told him if he can't handle the grief don't get an animal then cps came knocking on my door today because he said he didnt want to see her anymore and now shes claiming the cat... read more
Awesome experience with the front desk, on the phone, and with my daughter’s psychiatrist and psychologist and mine as well, there’s alway parking space also is located in a beautiful urban zone, I feel very safe here.
I don't know what to do. Dr. Putnam left, and now Berkshire Wellness Center is crap. I'm not doing well with my therapist, my psychiatrist is okay, but I don't feel like im properly cared for. And when you need refills of your meds, you better call days in advance. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, because the fact i need a better therapist, and my doctor is doing okay.
