People very friendly. Going there for about 6 years. Janice has always been thorough with me.
Beautiful and caring staff
My boyfriend was or is a patient there and I reached out to them out of concern for him. He wasn't no longer seeing anyone since his therapist left and in my opinion he should have been seeing someone. He was getting meds but instead of taking them he was selling them and I told them that. On top of that he got an strong pain pill from another doctor without telling them about his mental health issues well it was a nightmare for me since I lived with him. They dont pick up the phone when refills are needed. You just get stuck on a looping answering machine.
My therapy was going well and medication. I was not able to pay my co-pays, the manager at the office was not understanding,would not work with me on a payment plan, I work for a hospital I know they can do payment plans. I started paying slowly she would not let me schedule visits. I am almost done paying i called and they dropped me as a patient and I have no medication. This is how they treat their mental health patients. Now I have no medication or a therapist. Thanks you Berks Psych.
