Met with Pauline a few times and the experience was miserable. I kept up with it in order to address things initially but I’ve since transferred all of my care to DGR behavioral and they are what true medical professionals should be. This place is a joke. Told Pauline personal details that she then completely forgot about 5 minutes later. I have been a patient at this facility for several years now. I had a great provider until I didn't. Now it's like pulling teeth to get my meds refilled. When they did fill one of mine, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy for the wrong amount. Now two days and many phone calls it is still not done. I'm out of my med and my parents for this provider. May a visit is needed. Thanks for nothing.
If I could, Id give less than one star. It doesn't apply to everyone that works there, but from most of those who I came into contact with while being a patient there, it's not only ran poorly, unprofessional in the sense of things being handled in a timely manor. You try to advocate for yourself and it's a problem as well. You will try to explain the thoughts, the feelings, both mentally and physically, and there isn't much of a personable side of things. Please do not send your children here if you want them to be safe. My niece attends group therapy at this place. At first she enjoyed going, but now she is terrified. Her mother just called me to say that my niece is scared to go because another child there constantly bullies and threatens her. The person running the group has been told about the situation but has done nothing to stop it. My niece is genuinely afraid for her safety, and no one seems to be taking it seriously.
I dont go here but I know someone who goes there for group therapy and there is someone there who is harassing everyone else there and the person who runs it is doing absolutely nothing about it because they claim that he needs to have 3 violations even though the stuff hes doing is considered assault and terroristic threats since he threatened to try and harm my friend who goes there and my friend told the person who runs it but she doesn't care and whenever the people getting harassed tries to defend themselves they're the... read more
