My therapy was going well and medication. I was not able to pay my co-pays, the manager at the office was not understanding,would not work with me on a payment plan, I work for a hospital I know they can do payment plans. I started paying slowly she would not let me schedule visits. I am almost done paying i called and they dropped me as a patient and I have no medication. This is how they treat their mental health patients. Now I have no medication or a therapist. Thanks you Berks Psych.
My first time here, it went well. Easy to find. Staff was friendly, my doctor was Rotimi Williams. He was great, a pleasure to talk to, and very good at what he does
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go somewhere else. I had such a good experience until my first psychiatrist AND two of my therapists left the practice. Everyone else here seems money hungry and rude. They do not care and make it their job to be obvious about it.
