If I could give 6 stars I would. We had a plumbing/furnace emergency on a saturday afternoon and I could barely get through to a plumbing/heating service, let alone get a call back. Got a call back from Berkshire Property Alliance and they bailed us out big time. Burst pipe got fixed, tested, found a second leak, fixed it, furnace is running again. The best of a bad situation, cannot recommend these guys enough.Â
12/6/2024 It’s been a few months, James is still as great as he ever was. He replaced the toilet quickly and was very kind. Seriously, if you need a plumber, call him. I simply cannot say enough good stuff about this guy. I had another plumbing emergency at 7 PM on a Thursday night. He was he was ready to save me.
