They make my life much easier by replacing or repairing missing or damaged windows and screens. Very nice to work with.
Wrote out $45 for a small piece of glass, went to pick it up and was told it would be $110. Refused to pay that price as I got a few quotes for this project and could have gotten it elsewhere for 45 to 55 dollars. Ended up honoring the 45 and told me never to come back. What a complete jerk o to be fair... I will never do business here again nor would I recommend, there are many honest glass businesses around.
I had a wonderful experience with this team! Custom ordered my new shower glass it only took about two weeks. It was installed today with meticulous skill and also they were friendly and warm to deal with. The competitor quote was not at all competitive and they were not as kind and cool to deal with. I will never go anywhere else after seeing their work and dealing with the two gentlemen that did it. Thank you!!!
I’m more than disappointed. Took over three months to get an appointment after the second try, year totaling waiting. Technician comes out and measures (awesome technicians they have done two other jobs for me so no complaint there). Tech says you’ll hear back shortly with price and I get a call following morning from office stating, “sorry the owner doesn’t want to do this job right now”. Seriously, I guess business must be good because that’s lousy customer service! You’ve lost a loyal customer!
