Called to make an appointment as a new patient on 6/26/2025. The lady at the receptionist was about useless. I clearly stated that I am a new patient and was told which doctor do you want to see. I don't know the doctors at the office as I said I am a new patient. Then I am asked what is the issue I am having. I explained my issue with having shoulder blade pain on the left side. Dr Soffer did an excellent job on my knee surgery. I am just 10 days out and could not be happier with getting back to normal so quickly. The staff was great and therapy with Ed at the Century location has helped immensely. Great experience through the entire process
Carpel tunnel surgery was excellent
