Is this place still open or did Canner retire? I called and left a VM on scheduling service and never got a call back. I’m a current patient wanted to get in for knee injury. May be time to find another orthopedic.
Called at 3:04 pm Thursday and the recording said they were closed.
Dr Canner is great. The administration is terrible. They cannot get billing even close to right. They have tried to recharge me for bills that I have already paid 3 times in a span of 2 months. Just terrible management in the office/scheduling area.
Called to make an appointment as a new patient on 6/26/2025. The lady at the receptionist was about useless. I clearly stated that I am a new patient and was told which doctor do you want to see. I don't know the doctors at the office as I said I am a new patient. Then I am asked what is the issue I am having. I explained my issue with having shoulder blade pain on the left side.
