We had a great room, kitchen well stocked for our stay, clean, and staff was attentive. Grocery and stops nearby, yet I felt secluded and it was quiet.
Incredibly disappointing, I left 2 days in. The rooms do not give a "clean" vibe at all. I opened the door to go on the patio, there was no patio. If you want the bedroom cool, you must raise the air conditioner in the "living room," one person freezes while the other is comfortable. This is not a modern hotel at all. I was attending an event at Hancock Shaker Village and this place was close by. The room was clean enough; however, the entire space was a 1980s vibe. Really not to my taste but good enough for one night. One irritation for me was that they used two different light bulbs in the bedroom lamps - it’s disorienting to have a cool light and a warm light. The staff at the front desk that checks you in asks for a $150 deposit. You have to scan a credit card. Well, lo and behold, they tell you in a very snotty tone of voice that your card is declined. Then they ask you to use another card and that one also gets declined so they instruct you to go to the soda machine and use your card to get a soda to see if it works. To their surprise, it works.
