Very unprofessional. Sarah Marshall rescheduled my follow-up for my memory testing, her receptionist informing me that the time of my appointment had changed because Sarah had somewhere to be at the last minute. I refused to go earlier in the day, at the time I was rescheduled because I had other appointments. My original appointment was scheduled at the end of her day, me being her last patient.
