I was extremely pleased with how responsive this company was and would highly recommend them to others. I called to inquire about services and they came to pick up my mattresses the same day I called. Since I had multiple items, they were kind enough to offer a discount.The whole process was quick and easy and the communication was outstanding! I would definitely use them in the future!

Very efficient. I made the payment at midnight and they contacted me very early for the pick-up. Within a few hours, they had already taken it. Thank you very much, BMR.

I used this company for the first time today & was very pleased with their back & forth calls, as well as texting prior to pickup. The owner is polite & professional & the gentleman that picked up mattresses was very approachable! I definitely will be using their service again & I recommend others to give them a try. After searching for someone to do a mattress pickup I stumbled upon Berkshire Mattress Recycling. Overall pleasant experience with no hastle at all. Scheduled the pickup, had it picked up, even talked to Demetrius about how the company operates! Very happy with your work! Thank you!!!

Great service was very flexible with scheduling even came in my apartment building to take the mattress for me.
