Pleasant staff and punctual service during appointments but not always easy to arrange consultations due to dealing with an answerphone and a variety of staff. More crucially, a 12 core prostate biopsy failed to detect malignancy which was found 8 months later after rising PSA numbers promoted another (40 core) biopsy conducted elsewhere.
Pleasant staff and punctual service during appointments but not always easy to arrange consultations due to dealing with an answerphone and a variety of staff. More crucially, a 12 core prostate biopsy failed to detect malignancy which was found in 4 out of 6 prostate regions 8 months later after rising PSA numbers promoted another (40 core) biopsy conducted elsewhere. In my case, a waste of £1750 + consultation fees and delayed detection which hopefully won't prove to be critical.
