Seller beware, Kim comes across as a genuine person speaking about values and her husband being a pastor but in the end she is only concerned about what she can get from you. Read the contract, don't just believe the things she says she put in. She is completely incompetent, we lost Earnest Money to the tune of $5000 and she promised to make it right. Lived in a BH property for a year. Unfortunately had a terrible experience resulting in us expediting our home buying process so we could get out. We consistently had maintenance issues with poor delayed response from management. Customer services minimized our experience and was rude to us. They wanted us to police our neighbors insisting that they can’t be present to do so. However they were ready and eager to institute fees or police the neighbors when it was time to show the unit.
