These folks do not protect their buyers' financial interests. My agent, Cindy Wilson, advised me to bid very high right at the outset, via an escalation rider. Then the sellers of my unit refused to allow the rider. At that point, Cindy refused to offer ANY input to help shape my bid. She had no "Plan B" to help me think through my decision in this pressured situation -- and she made no attempt to come up with one. Avoid working with Daria Plamada. Every company has their bad apple. She's very condescending and judgmental. All smiles though until your gone. There are better people to business with.
