Only buy with them if you want to be upsold and pressured to spend more than you can afford. Only sell with them if you're looking to fumble multiple bids and have buyers drop out after going under contract. The only "positive" thing that came out of working with this realtor was for her, she got a brand new Tesla to park next to her boat after cashing her commission checks.
I had a horrible experience with one agent from this office, Ellen Corliss. This is NOT about any other person at this firm or office but I would stay away from anything to do with her like the plague
