If I could give them a zero I would. They were very rude and our realtor Kim missed several appointments with us and our daughter. She called our daughter with schedule excuses and a wholly lack of knowledge about the properties. Needless to say we moved on to the next realtor on our list and received great customer service. Verani Realty has a sales person issue they need to deal with.
