We are a Mortgage Company that had the pleasure of working with Kim Casey on a mutual client's home purchase. Kim was amazing! Great communication, quick responses, very hands on throughout the entire transaction, and had a great attitude. We loved working with Kim, and we can't wait to work with her again in the future!
Jacob Howell, Barrett Vest, and the team in the Logan office were amazing to work with! We only had 36 hours to find a house, so they had all of our picks set up to see all in one afternoon. We made an offer on one of them the next day, and it was accepted within 24 hours! Since we were still out of town, they acted as our go-between for the inspection, and had everything ready to go for closing. Absolutely 5 stars!

Sandy Hansen is literally the coolest person! She’s attentive, relaxed, and very responsive! I’m very picky when it comes to working with someone on purchasing anything. Sandy is by far the person I’m going to when I buy my next home and the next person all my friends and family will be recommended to!
We got the house we wanted however Liz made up really odd lies that I didn’t notice until after the fact because we were in the frenzy of trying to get a house at a competitive time. We bought a brand new house. Gutters weren’t put on yet, yard wasn’t done, we live by a park. Lies that we’re told- in cache valley some homes don’t come with gutters.
