Berniece Moore was absolutely incredible from day 1 for my husband and I! She is so sweet and very patient with us esp when we got stressed as our closing day was approaching! She explained things to where it calmed us down! She not only helped us find our forever home but Our Dream Home! Thank you so much Berniece for all of your hard work and dedication for us!
Wow!!! My mind Is blown.just reading these reviews. Over the weekend I saw a place that I really, really liked a lot..which I was gonna apply for, but after reading these reviews, I'm having 2 nd thoughts.. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had with a rental. We worked with Norvie and the move out process in particular was a nightmare. We hired a company to professionally clean the house and do the carpets. We were told the job they did was unsatisfactory. We walked the house with Norvie who pointed out everything she saw. We called the company back and we were again told the job they did was unsatisfactory. We cleaned the house ourselves. Again not good enough. AWFUL management. I am not sure if the problems stem from the owner of the home or the Property Manager, Kim, but as someone who works in Real Estate and who has a background in Property Management, I know the problems should never be something the tenant should ever have to mitigate. First and foremost, navigating maintenance issues is extremely inefficient and next to impossible to schedule. Secondly, don't count on a maintenance problem being resolved within a timely manner.
