Horrible apartment riddled with mold. They didn’t even clean the property before I moved in, it was filthy. At move-out they charged me for repairs that should’ve happened prior to me moving in. Upon move-in I discovered the mold, broken shower head, and horribly draining sink. The downstairs unit/tenant smoked cigarettes inside, which made all of my clothes smell awful, got stuck in the carpet, and permeated through the entire unit. Teresa recently helped me purchase my first home, a condo. From showing to closing she was completley transparent, tirelessly diligent, and eminently helpful in making sure that we got the best deal and that everything was as clear and went as smoothly as possible. She earned my trust and will certainly earn yours, too. Highly recommended!!
They were very helpful also me and frank Konsella hit it off right away and we went to a motel to have a good time 5 star will happen again
Jenny, Jason and Eric are the best team to work with. They have helped us during our times away and assist when unexpected emergencies arise. I can't say enough about how great they have been for us. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Crested Butte for our skiing trip. Specifically their property at Wood Creek Lodge- Easy Mountain. We paid over $300 per night. There were several things wrong with this place. I tried to give them a neutral and mostly positive review on Airbnb because it was a holiday and there’s no need to focus on the negative. But apparently this host doesn’t think so and left me a nasty review on my Airbnb saying we left trash everywhere. First host review I ever get like this…We did not leave trash everywhere.
