Chad was great to work with. I'm an out of state buyer that wasn't able to come up and walk through the houses personally. Chad and a friend of mine did the tours together and Chad was on video with me while doing them. He was knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the process and would definitely recommend working with him.
