My closing cost skyrocketed the last week, Realtor never read the listing or did a full walk through. Lost out on key appliances that were in the listing, and the Realtor was supposed to replace at least one and never happened. Didn't do a bit of negotiating, bought and sold houses before this one (with different realtor) and never had an issue with anything until now. Had previously trusted realtors to work in my best interest but this one was only worried with their bottom line.
