Watch out for Katie Lynn at the Arnold office. We were selling a house and she represented the buyers. She allowed them to repeatedly lie, then transmitted unrealistic expectations which cost us thousands of dollars to satisfy. At closing, her clients refused to sign - she stated that their buyer showed up with cash and that they had to postpone their closing one day, so they were getting out of our contract.
