Berkshire is the worst. We have no jobs and no money coming in cause of this virus. But, Berkshire thinks it's good to give its tenants 7 more days to pay rent. Other wise we get a late fee. It's bad enough that every year you want us the tenants too sign a new contract that makes us more and more financially responsible for the houses we rent. Money money money that is ALL Berkshire cares about.
