Horrible place of business- their lack of integrity shows. Really feel bad for their customers that miss out on so much money because they don't like selling homes to customers with realtors "lack of commission" LOL. Absolutely do not go with this company!!!!!
I would never buy a home sold by Berkshire Hathaway. Patti Urbanis is by FAR the worst realtor I have ever attempted to work with. We contacted her after finding a home we wished to see. From being pushy about signing with her, and becoming rude when we told her we weren't ready to sign with a realtor yet, to not being contacted afterwards when trying to see other homes, we were not at all satisfied with her.
