Talked to Dale Louderback and he told me he specialized selling homes in Xenia and the market was as hot as it has been in a wile, he looked at my home and said he would list it a $ 77,900 he had the listing for 2 months i lowered the house 2 times to $ 75,900 never an offer i am not blaming him since it did not sell but very unhappy with how he handled the ending of the listing.
