Josh Yates literally went above and beyond. I found him about 6 months ago and met him briefly when I came to visit. I ended up purchasing a house while out of state and he handled everything like a pro from start to finish. Jimmy and Maddi did a great job for us , and handled everything for us besides picking the house, because we were out of state. Both were very helpful and made it possible for us to have peace of mind knowing that things were moving forward to the closing date. Jimmy had recommendations for a company to install blinds prior to move-in, and also a fence guy who we are going to work with. Super experience!!
