Debbie Burr was great. She is extremely knowledgeable, timely in responding and always willing to help. I have recommended her to other folks.
Do not apply to lease a home with these people. The eligibility requirements are ridiculous and you might as well purchase a home elsewhere. Very unethical and unprofessional. Debbie Burr was the realtor for a home I was trying to lease, already had approval from the owner but because he was under contract with them we still needed to go through the application process, no problem I met all criteria and income requirements. Paid the $44 application fees, provided all documents that Debbie said I needed to provide. My husband... read more
