I recently sold my house with BHHS and Jerry Melvin. Brandt Hawkins sold my house in April of this year. He did a fantastic job! There were so many showings, and I was able to get above asking price. He kept me informed all along the way, and was always there whenever there was a question. I would recommend Brandt to anyone that is considering buying/selling a home. I have used him as my buying and selling realtor, and definitely have not been disappointed.
