Everything went okay until closing day. About a 30min to an hour after closing I had NOT received any funds for the home I was selling and my listing agent INFORMED me that the title would not transfer until the next day and in the same sentence tells me I need to get a LAWYER because I was uncomfortable giving keys without payment. The entire time it felt as if she was the buyers agent and not mine. I barely leave reviews but on a day that was supposed to be super exciting for me, she put a huge damper on it!

I was overjoyed at his professionalism and knowledge of real estate, the efficient way he handled the entire process, the speed the house went into contract and price it sold for, well over the asking price.
