Renters beware ‼️ I drove from Houston to view a home as I am relocating for work next month. Had a horrible experience working with Todd Dunlap on selling this one. We entrusted him, but he had only buyer's and his interest all the way, to an extend, deep cutdown on listing price, higher seller credits, higher commission fees, making us pay for title, making us pay for buyer move-in as he wanted to do it early, and above all making us pay buyers HOA deposits without discussing it with us. Never again, work with him.
