Had a contract with this company to sell our home. Our contract expired. My house stayed actively listed for a year on another site. The other site had their broker as the listing agent. They would not return our calls. They did nothing. Contacted BBB...they are not a member. Contacted Consumer affairs. Finally got the listing removed, but Berkshire Hathaway did nothing. Berkshire Hathaway in Clarksville. Bad company to do business with.
They have no idea how to do property management at all. We waited for a rental off Kathleen court for months never heard back and now it’s rented out.
Rudeness people deserved o star .. Don't be rushed to buy or rent these Place , , f something missing their property , or repented , window blinds missing already,or carpet have stained on it be watch out that people their over Charge you almost 3k$ 🤔 and also their not returned your deposit check ..their people Are sneaky,and their jerk too .. Wish the Karma hit them..
