Absolutely horrible rental company. Raw sewage and feces flooding their apartments they don’t respond even to the fire department. The health department is now involved. Do not rent from them ever!!!

Kiara A Harriott was the listing agent for this property but more importantly the seller/owner of this home was her colleague & a real estate agent himself. There were repairs made at my request & after the closing I discovered that some of the repairs were more of a cover up as opposed to repair. There was rotted wood around the door in guest house that I asked to be replaced & instead of replacing it, the rotten wood was concealed & the area of the door that looked like they reframed was not wood.
