When choosing a realtor agent, keep in mind that buyer representation agreements are private contracts, NOT state laws—you can limit them to a single house or request non-exclusive terms rather than locking yourself into a long, exclusive contract. Don Rowe will ghost you. Had ok contact with him, he had my email and phone number, tried to make an appointment to see a property and on agreed day of, nothing. Emailed three more times with still no response. Crickets. Beware!!!

Rented with Pivotal Properties, now Berkshire for 2 years. Obviously hiccups were there but the staff were very open and communicative and never had too many problems. Apartment wasn't in great shape upon move-in but the staff made up for it, and Kaelin was very attentive to helping me settle. Ally and Sarah have also always been prompt and helpful. As far as landlords go, I would recommend renting through them.
