Provided terrible service. I had to contact them about my utility services, even though I was told I would be contacted by them 1-2 weeks prior to closing. Three days prior to closing, I still hadn’t heard from them. On my walk-through the day of closing, the agent found that the refrigerator and dishwasher were not working.
