Stay Clear! The Avon team at Berkshire Hathaway is beyond unethical, especially when dealing with Income Restricted Properties. The organization, namely Theresa Maselli & Sandy Fine, tried to get us/the buyer to pay for seller and buyer commissions, misc fees, moving expenses, etc etc which goes against every law in the book, especially State and Federally governed programs. When confronted, they moved on to a different offer, tried to avoid us, and eventually lied/covered up the entire scenario.

Unresponsive. Trying to buy a home with 20% down, and they seem confused as to why I called, and they never responded to my messages through email. I called to see why Jodi Jordan was so unresponsive, and the receptionists sounded confused and said "wait, who are you?" That's when I decided to go elsewhere.
