Wendy Rushing was incredible from start to finish. I had to sell my parents’ home during a really difficult time, and I was doing it from over 1000 miles away. Let a roommate leave the lease without contacting me, the “main” person on the lease know. They left with absolutely no penalties and now I’m suffering the consequences due to their negligence. This company is unwilling to work with me at all because they’re part of a much larger corporation. I’m expected to pay for the damages done by the roommate who ran away👍🏼
Professional company with friendly staff. I worked with May Atala a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices who helped me find my Investment Property in Las vegas and she was a delight to work with. Would definitely recommend this Brokerage.

This is the worst real estate agency! They are unprofessional and practice shady business. First of all, when I contacted Laura Davis, the listing agent on a rental property, she never returned any phone calls or messages. After viewing one of their rental properties with my agent, I was told to submit an application although they had an application already approved. According to Edgar Allan Ebuan, BHHS realtor, this is "normal" practice. I will report them to the BBB. Buyers and renters be aware. You've been warned!
