A suggestion for anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. My experience with Berkshire Hathaway, specifically Rochelle Vannoy was the worst decision I've made a long time. Rochelle is not working on behalf of the Seller. I can only speak for what I went through. From the beginning, I was told things that were not true. A seller is not required to pay any buyers costs.
