Lee Anne was great and very attentive and responsive. Contacted her back in December (later in the evening) and texted / chatted for an hour about a house we saw on the market. We ended up having her show a neighbor / friend the hours since we lived out of town. She walked them through the house and then discussed options and decided to place and offer on the home sight unseen due to the confidence in what we was hearing and seeing from her videos and FaceTime of the property.
