This is a horrible company. They took over our rental and have not fixed ANYTHING. There is a carbon monoxide leak, our garage wall is caving in, there's mold from the roof leaking for 5+ years, that's just the serious stuff. I have gave them a written letter of all the issues and concerns and they even came and looked at them 3 months ago. Me and my kids have been living like this and they haven't even tried to fix anything. I've asked many times. They won't return our calls. Been trying to close on a home in Kalamazoo and the selling agent for this company does not respond to calls. I don't get it - you'd think they would know the importance of communication. I woukd not recommend using this realtor at all.
Very rude.
