Just finished up a nightmare deal with "Cash Buyers' with Mr. Byron Ford as their agent. Buyers bought our house after we gave a $9K price reduction and all was well...Until 2.5 weeks before closing and we get notified from Mel Antonios real estate that Byrons "Cash Buyers" house has appraised at $55,000 less what he sold it for and could we cut the price of OUR house $30,000.
