Gale Stuart, made mistakes in our purchase. We found out later that she knew there were more problems and failed to convey them to us. We contacted Louise in writing about an Errors & Omissions insurance claim. We filed a request notifying Ms Hampton with details. She ignored our us for months and months until the date to file expired. What we found out after the fact is a buyer is required to coordinate with lawyer to file an E&O claim.
