I feel if the owners are looking for a SPECIFIC CREDIT SCORE..AND IF THE PERSON IS SAYING THEIR SCORE UP FRONT AND SHOWING WAT IT IS AND IF ITS NOT WAT THE OWNERS WANT DNT LET THEM APPLY AT ALL!! DNT SAY OH WELL THEY LOOK AT OTHER STUFF WHEN MAINLY U BEING JUDGED OFF NOT HAVING A PERFECT SCORE OR WAT THEY WANT WHEN U CUDVE NOT WASTED THE PERSONS TIME WHO TOLD U UP FRONT WAT IT WAS..I FELT LED ON. I would rate my experience working with Patrice Freeman as 0 out of 10. Although initial efforts were made to locate a unit over two months, the last two weeks were marked by poor communication and lack of follow-through. Unfortunately, my follow-up attempts were met with unprofessionalism, causing disappointment. Our collaboration started promisingly but ended disappointingly due to perceived subpar performance and unprofessionalism. I will not recommend her, as her behavior negatively impacted the company's reputation.
