She connected me with contractors, helped stage the house, recommended a price that was absolutely perfect for my goals, and did so much legwork behind the scenes to make sure I chose the right offer. When it came to closing, she made things happen quickly, smoothly, and easily. I couldn't recommend Kim highly enough and would be thrilled to work with her again.
