Darlene Kujanek just closed an incredibly challenging deal for us, and her efforts were nothing short of stunning. She helped the buyer obtain financing for a very unique urban orchard property, and got a difficult deal across the finish line to the satisfaction of all involved. She is a gem, and has handled several transactions for our family, but this was the most complicated of all of them, and she drilled it. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Unprofessional business approach. 7pm on a Sunday to ask about selling the home in which I am currently living. Along with that its a school night and I have children. 3 of the same exact business card were placed at my home as well. one in my mailbox one on my doorstep and one on my car. Then to my surprise wow the office IS CLOSED ON Sunday... Thanks for the Garbage on my property George Nahas dont leave it again.
The person I was working with. There's an older gentleman who needs to retire. He has a hard time hearing and he forgets a lot bad for business. I think he ripped me off. I might have to get some attorneys and look into it. Stay away from this one person that is all
