Elizabeth was awesome! She put us at ease from the start and helped us navigate through some unexpected “rough spots”. Her experience, research and planning lead to a very favorable sale. In addition, Elizabeth was always available for questions and kept us up to date every step of the way with phone calls, texts, and emails, that included our attorney when appropriate. Most importantly, Elizabeth’s calm and friendly approach were key to a highly satisfactory experience.
Elizabeth Almodobar is a true Nantucket gem. She is a knowledgeable professional who is attentive, patient, kind and personable. In other words, the whole package. Elizabeth also has an incredible circle of resources to get the job done. My mother passed away in the middle of our home sale, and Elizabeth stepped in with so much grace and compassion. She took over all the heavy lifting, handled the communication with extra care, and made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Because I live off-isle now, considering selling a property was a challenge for me. Liz took all my remote anxiety away ! If she didn't take care of an issue herself, she found the right person for the job. Overall, it was very smooth transaction and I couldn't have done it without Liz.
