We used Danny Vickery Realty, part of Berkshire Hathaway. Beware sellers! The seller at the home that we were buying refused to scrape and paint her shed as FHA required for our loan to be funded. She had agreed to the FHA terms. Her refusal meant that our buy was now not going to happen. We had to scramble to find an apartment since we sold our home.
