They did sell our home. Beware buyers and sellers! The seller at the home that we were buying refused to scrape and paint her shed as FHA required for our loan to be funded. worse service ever out of a realtor. I was treated like piece of dirt. and this realtor only talks in text only refused to write a proposal on a property in Noblesville Indiana should not be selling realist state. Ashlea Stone I knew her manager would stick up for her at the fishers office they told me get my own realtor this is why Realtors have a bad reputation. Horrible will not call you back only wants to talk in a text. deserves a zero. I have all there screen shots to prove it.
Heather was wonderful. From the minute I contacted her she provided my family and I with tremendous customer service. Heather provided us with great communication. Any time we called her or sent an email or a text she always responded with a sense of urgency. She also stayed on top of my mortgage company when they were fumbling some conditions that were needed.
