Wish I could share a good experience however without mentioning her name by far the most uneducated rep to work with. Tried to sell a house without actually doing her homework. Allowed us to spend and waste over $1,000 for nothing. Listed a house that appraisal was 30k under asking price. Good luck in the future. Caution do your homework first.
