I have worked with Dana a few times over the years - buying and selling. This last one recently turned into a struggle due to a variety of circumstances out of either one of our control. Brian saved our lives! he not only knew everything about the area and the market, pricing and negotiating, he anticipated problems before they happened, knew how to handle issues as they arose, and prevented many possible/potential disasters, he went above and beyond for us --finding us the repair and cleaning and septic repair/ radon cleaning/ etc etc people that we needed when we needed them, at reasonable prices!
