We worked with Christy Mitchell in purchasing a vacation rental through this brokerage, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The property was advertised in the MLS as having a heated walkout basement. After closing, an HVAC evaluation confirmed that the basement would not heat above 64°F during the winter, despite being advertised as heated. Working with Anette Chrisley was a great experience. She made our search for a home in NC very easy. Every question we asked she gave us an answer or researched it and call us with the information. We would gladly work with her again.
I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Rebekah Smith during a recent purchase of a property near Deals Gap, NC. I tried to use Christy Mitchell to view a home and possibly purchase it. Couldn't even get through the front door with this realtor. She returned a couple of texts but then totally dropped the ball for no particular reason. Couldn't get her to answer my calls or return them. Couldn't even get a return text. Dealing with her turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional. There are better realtors out there to put it nicely.
