It is the Selling agent's responsibility to remind her seller That They have made a counter offer And until The counter offer Is accepted or rejected. The seller cannot move on to the next offer. Very flighty and We'll release your personal information to the world Without your permission.
Claudette Mell was very helpful with the sale of our unit. She is caring and goes beyond the basic seller to real estate agent relationship.
