This guy doesn't answer his phone with a proper greeting saying "Hello this is Rocco with Berkshire Hathaway Realtor. How many I help you?". You have you pry the info from his mouth!! When someone asks if you're the realtor, and they ask well who are you and who are you looking for? Then they're fake and a total scammer. This guy doesn't even answer the phone with his name in the least!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. THIS GUY IS NOT A REAL REALTOR!!!!!!! TO MANY VARIABLES TO FIGURE OUT! I have never come across this before.
Rocco Darmiento was our realtor for our recent home sale. Rocco was outstanding to work. We had a few minor issues to deal with and Rocco handled everything perfectly. He's easy to talk to and excellent at what he does. We highly recommend Rocco to buy or sell your next home.

He met with me immediately after I decided to list, answered all my questions, arranged for professional photography and listed my home on all sites within a day. I had many showings and offers within days and went under contract within 6 days. Rocco and his assistant, Angel were very supportive from listing through closing. I would highly recommend them.
