If there is one thing I hate it is a salesperson who doesn't listen to me or tries to sell me what he or she thinks I "should" need or want. So for me Rocco was the perfect Real Estate broker. He listened to what our needs were and acted accordingly. He answered our questions and offered his own opinions sparingly - mainly when he knew something that we didn't and wanted to keep us on track towards getting what we want.
