Iris Cong has been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I drove 58 minutes to see a property and I wasn't given the respect of a return call or message. I expressed my interest and asked her to send me an application to apply. I followed up with her as well. That was 2 weeks ago. At the open house, I felt like I was just being handled and not taken seriously as an interested tenant. The home is beautiful by the way.
Jeff kralovec made everything so easy and he has the best team in DE. When we first met Will Applegate he explained that his job is more service than sales. He also took me and my wife back to school, He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Will would perform a inspection, and start crunching numbers. These guys are the best…
