Can't say enough positive comments about Mark Grimes and his colleague Kathleen Gerbasio. They work very well together and I always felt comfortable during the sale of our family home. Stay away from this company. Dean Chorin was a complete scam artist. Made promises and blatantly lied. Greed and deception is what he's all about. He took advantage of emotions for a family vacation home and said he would renovate it. We knew we weren't getting face value at the time and he significantly personally profited from the transaction. Six weeks later it sold to a developer who tore it down. We worked with another company who represented Dean as a "contractor" resulting in an ethical violation for sure!
